OYSTERS ROCKEFELLER

36 shell oysters
2 cups spinach, cooked
4 T onions
2 bay leaves
1 T parsley
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp salt
6 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
6 T butter

Shuck & drain oysters; place on deep half shells.  Put spinach, onion, bay leaves and parsley through food grinder.  Add seasonings to spinach and cook in butter for five minutes.  Add bread crumbs and mix well.  

Spread mixture over oysters and bake in hot oven, 400 for about 10 minutes.  Garnish with lemon slices.  Services 6

BASIC SAUCE

1 cup catsup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 T hot horseradish
A few drops Tabasco sauce
1 T mustard
1 T minced onion

Blend and chill
