Florida in 1961. But
it was not until 1974 that he began serious study with
Coral Gables artist and teacher Jean Donnell, an
experience that strengthened his style, confidence and
resolve to make painting a career. |

Since then he has won numerous awards and has been
accepted in the most prestigious juried art festivals in the
country. |

Window With a View
Dawkin's oils are in the permanent collection of the Art and
Culture Museum of Hollywood, Florida. His paintings are many
corporate and private collections.
He divides his time
between Michigan and Florida.
